Tamar has dedicated the past five years to strengthening the field of employment in Beit Shemesh, leading strategic collaborations with employment entities and communities throughout the city, to strengthen its human capital and expand resident’s opportunities for employment. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Ono Academic College and has been trained as a professional employment counselor. Tamar has lived in Beit Shemesh for a decade.
