With over a decade of experience as a project and employment program manager, specializing in the development and implementation of professional training programs. He served as the Head of Training and Placement at Extra Tech, managed the Haredi integration program at the Open University, and served as the director of the “Michlol” organization and the training division at JDC Israel. He has extensive experience in creating partnerships between government, industry, and academia. He leads teams and processes to promote quality employment in the Haredi sector, developing practical and innovative solutions for integrating populations into the labor market.
