Born in the United States and  living in Beit Shemesh for 25 years, David is married and a father of four. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, he specializes in representing startups and international high-tech companies in complex transactions, as well as in elder law (wills, lasting powers of attorney, guardianship). He also serves as a reserve-duty rabbi in the IDF.  Adv. Eisen provides pro bono legal counsel to non-profit organizations and is certified as a notary.
